Train with intent.

What's inside

A real platform,
not a PDF.

The plan lives in an app you will actually open. Every part of it exists because a real athlete needed it.

01 - Today
Today's run, fully briefed.

Pace, duration, execution cues, and the purpose behind the session. Know exactly what you're doing before you leave the house.

02 - This Week & Calendar
The whole block, mapped.

Mark sessions done, watch the week fill in. Past, present and upcoming, all connected toward race day.

03 - Strava
Actual vs planned, automatically.

Connect Strava and every run drops in beside the plan. Distance, pace, heart rate and splits, matched to the session.

04 - Pace Zones
Your zones. Not generic ones.

Set around your goal race and current fitness by Jack. Easy means easy. No guesswork, no copy-paste ranges.

05 - Session Detail
The why behind every run.

Tap any session for the full breakdown. Warm-up, work, the objective, and a note from Jack in his own words.

06 - Overview
Progress you can see.

Weekly volume, compliance, your streak and the countdown to race day. The proof that the work is adding up.

Why I built this
Jack Greenwood
Founder · TrainingSplits
Running should be enjoyable. A little structure goes a long way. That's all this is built around.
The coach

I fell in love
with the process.

I started running after stepping away from rugby. It was supposed to be something to keep me moving. It turned into an obsession with how the body adapts, how aerobic fitness is really built, and why most runners are making the same few mistakes without knowing it.

"I built TrainingSplits because I wanted to share what structure actually does for your running. Not just performance. Enjoyment."

I became deeply interested in training science: load management, pacing, fatigue, the 80/20 principle. I started applying it seriously. The progress was addictive. So was helping other people find the same thing.

Every plan on TrainingSplits is built personally by me. No templates, no automation. The only thing I ask of every athlete: leave the ego at the door before you lace up.

How we train

Three principles.
Every plan.

Not abstract ideas. The actual thinking behind every session in every plan on TrainingSplits. From a first 5k to an ultramarathon.

01
80% easy.
20% quality.

Most of your running should feel slow. Almost embarrassingly slow. That's where the aerobic engine is built. The quality sessions work because the easy ones are genuinely easy.

02
Consistency
over intensity.

A year of steady weeks outperforms any collection of hero sessions. Training is built so you can keep showing up, week after week.

03
Every session
earns its place.

Nothing is filler. Easy runs build the base. Long runs build durability. Hard sessions raise the ceiling. Rest is where the adaptation happens.

Pricing
